How often do you think about our own energy and vitality? Maybe only when you’re feeling tired, stressed out or otherwise not at your best. It becomes obvious in those moments that our energy has been depleted, and that quite possibly our sacred vitality has also taken a hit.
June brings us the beginning of summer with the warmer weather and Summer Solstice on the 20th. The stronger presence of the Sun with the longer hours of daylight gives us more drive to get up and go. It can also cause us to over exert ourselves, and the need for cooling down and resting becomes apparent. Finding a balance between getting caught up in the higher voltage energy of the summer and finding time to rest and recuperate is essential.
During the month of June, we will be focusing on what we mean when we talk about Energy and Vitality, how to combat the effects of stress and fatigue, and maintain a vibrant lifestyle.

3 Healthy Summer Habits (everyone will want to adopt). We will discover three ways anyone can start feeling better immediately through techniques designed to uplift your body, mind and spirit. Tips for outdoor physical activity, healthy (in season) foods and spiritual practices, such as meditations, will be offered.
We will also be posting about essential oils, including a free DIY recipe you can use this summer! And don’t forget about our Kitchen Witch series that offers a wealth of traditional knowledge and a recipe you can use in your magical endeavors for health and healing.
