I had a request this month for something that was not hot please! Given that there is enough heat already this summer, I am happy to oblige.
This is another recipe that came to me from my Kitchen Witch Mentor. It's rich, decadent and creamy, a friend once described it as "the kind of food you get naked and roll around in." While it does have to bake initially, it is served chilled - I found that serving it with unsweetened whipped cream is a nice balance to the rich sweetness of the cheesecake itself.
Magically this is utterly packed with prosperity, and enhancing energies making it the perfect thing to serve if you are looking to add abundance to everyone lives!

Fudge Truffle Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 1/1c Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
- 1/2 c 10x Sugar (the really fine powdered stuff)
- 1/3c Cocoa
- 1/3c melted butter
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted.
- 24oz cream cheese, softened
- 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 2t. vanilla
Directions
Combine first four ingredients and press firmly (not too firmly) on the bottom of a 9" springform pan.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add condensed milk, beating until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 300 degrees for 65 minutes or until center is set.
Cool and remove from pan.
Chill before serving.
