Distance Crystal Healing with Jen
Distance Crystal Healing is a form of vibrational medicine that utilizes various crystals and an intuitive, heart-centered approach to holistic wellness. During the session, Jen, who is a certified Crystal Healer will work with the energy of the crystals to assist in the healing process. Typically, a chakra layout is used to balance the chakras and clear blocked energy.
Distance Reiki Healing with Lisa
Distance Reiki Healing with Lisa is a non-invasive form of energy healing that gently works on your body's energy field and aids your body in healing itself. During the session, Lisa, who is a Reiki Master, will work with both Universal energy and your body's own energy to aid and encourage your healing.

Energy Healing sessions are performed by a compassionate, certified Energy Healer with knowledge and experience in working with crystals and/or healing energy. Distance sessions are done remotely, from a distance, that allows the client to receive the healing energies in the comfort of their own home or sacred space.
Energy is not confined by the human constructs of Time and Space. Energy Healing can occur between people who are a short or long distance apart from one another.
How Does a Distance Energy Healing Session Work?
Prior to the healing session, the client will be asked to set aside one hour of peace and quiet. They are instructed to obtain a meditative state by whatever means they are used to, including burning incense, lighting candles, playing soft music, doing breath work or chanting a mantra, etc. This relaxed state of mind allows the client to get the most out of the session.
Typically, a healing session will last for an hour - beginning with 15 minutes of meditation and relaxation, and wrapping up with another 15 minutes to give your body time to absorb the positive healing effects. The duration of the active energy connection is around 30 minutes.
