 Reiki Healing is a non-invasive form of energy healing that gently works on your body's energy field and aids your body in healing itself. Distance Reiki Sessions are performed by a compassionate, certified Reiki Master with knowledge and experience in working with healing energy.

Distance Healing sessions are done remotely, this allows you, the client, to receive the healing energies in the comfort of your own home or sacred space.  Energy is not confined by the human constructs of Time and Space. Energy Healing can occur between people who are a short or long distance apart from one another. And can be booked for any time that fits your schedule.

How Does A Reiki Healing Session Work?

Prior to the Healing session, you will be asked to set aside one hour of peace and quiet. It is helpful to be able to spend time meditating and relaxing before the session begins. If soft music, candles and incense help you to relax and meditate, then you are encouraged to use them.  This relaxed state of mind allows the energy healing to take place. 

During the session, your Reiki Healer will work with both Universal energy and your body's own energy to aid and encourage your healing. Typically, a session will last for about an hour total, with fifteen minutes spent before hand meditating and relaxing, and fifteen minutes spent afterward, allowing your body's energy to absorb the healing and settle to its new normal. The actual active Reiki connection will last for approximately thirty minutes.
